    How long have you been in business?

    We have been in business since 1991.

    What are your operating hours?

    We are open Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 5:00PM PST. Our Web site is available 24/7, however orders are only processed during business hours.

    What does "Private Label" mean?

    To bring you the highest-quality products at the best price possibly, Southland Medical has been rolling out their own line of products under their own private label. Look for our "Private Label" logo throughout our Web site, in our printed catalog, or call customer service for details on the specific products we are currently offering.

    Do you offer a printed catalog?

    Yes, to complement our website, we also print an annual product guide, filled with our best-selling and most requested items. Please call to request your copy today while supplies last!

    How can I find out about special sales, discounts, and new products?

    It's easy - join our mailing list! We send out our monthly sales & spotlight flyers at the end of every month, which features details on upcoming sales, special discounts, new products, and lists when suppliers are offering free samples. Registered users can also view our monthly sales and spotlight flyers online, just click the "Special Offers" link on our home page.

    Web Site Questions

    Why are the prices missing?

    Pricing is only visible for registered users. Because of the nature of our membership material, you must be an approved, registered user to view pricing. If you have already been approved for an online account, but can't see prices, please make sure you are logged in.

    How can I become a registered user?

    New applicants can click the Log-In link at the top of the screen to complete the application. Please note, because of the nature of our membership material, your application will be verified by our home office before you can access the user section of our site. Approval will be sent by e-mail, usually within 48 hours. (Note: Registration requests received after 5:00 PM PST on Friday will be approved the following week.)

    I forgot my password. How do I get a new password?

    If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the log-in page. An email will be sent to you that contains a link back to the site where you will be able to create a new password.

    Order Questions

    Do you offer open accounts?

    15 day terms are available upon approved credit.

    What is your payment policy?

    Payment is due within 15 days from the billing date. Southland Medical accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card is charged when order is placed. You may also pay with company check.

    Are you able to service Corporate accounts with multiple locations?

    Yes, we have a lot of experience servicing Corporate accounts with multiple locations, and can even provide your company with tools to help you manage what your locations are able to purchase, including your own personalized product ordering guides. Please contact customer service for more details.

    Do you offer samples of any of your products?

    Yes, from time to time our suppliers provide us with free samples, especially when introducing new products. Watch for announcements on our monthly flyers, sales specials, and select products on our site. Samples available while supplies last. If interested in a particular product, please contact customer service with your request.

    Is will call order pick-up available?

    Will call is available Monday through Friday, by special appointment only. Please contact your sales representative to make arrangements. If permitted, "Will Call" must be notated in the "Special Instructions" portion of each order.

    To which locations do you currently ship?

    We currently ship throughout the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Orange and shipping charges are added to the invoice. All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are F.O.B. origin.

    Can my orders ship to multiple addresses?

    Yes, our new site allows you to store multiple "Ship To" addresses. Click on your name beneath "My Account" in the upper right hand corner and then select the "Addresses" tab.

    When will my order ship?

    Orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00PM PST will ship same day, subject to in-stock products.

    Return Questions

    What is your return policy?

    Returned products must be in salable condition, in original packaging, and in full set unit of measure. Returned products must not be defaced or expired. Products returned after 30 days, and up to one year, will be assessed with a 20% restocking fee. Return freight charges will be deducted from credit amount, except in case of Southland Medical's error. Special orders may not be returned for credit. Please keep our return policy in mind as you unpack your order and check your packing list. If you find an error, contact Southland Medical for immediate assistance.

    What is the return process?

    If you need to return a product, please contact customer service to receive an authorization number and shipping label.
